This year Halloween is on a Saturday meaning, there are TONS of great activities for children to enjoy all weekend long!

Trick or Treat at place d’Orleans Friday October 30th from 10 to noon and enjoy some face painting from 10 to 2pm (FREE).

Come Trick or Treat at Carlingwood Mall October 31st from 10 to 2pm and meet Peter Pan, Captain Hook and Tinker Bell! (FREE)

On Friday October 30th from 6 to 8 pm, come enjoy a late night little witches tea party at Fête en Boites in Carlingwood Mall (35$ per little witch).

Come celebrate Halloween at Westgate Mall with the Spook Fest October 30th from 3 to 7 pm and meet Spidey and the Ice Queen from Frozen (FREE).

Bayshore Shopping Centre will host a Halloween Family Spooktacular on October 31st with face painting from 10 to 5pm and movies with treats from 1 to 4:30pm (FREE).

Come visit the spooky circus on Halloween night from 5 to 8 pm at Rideau Hall.

The Children’s Museum is hosting A Halloween party for Monsters of all Ages on October 31st from 9:30 to 1pm in the Grand Hall with crafts, games, face painting and live entertainment (Free with museum admission).

Come out to the Museum of Agriculture for a Barn’Yard Halloween celebration on October 31st and November 1st from 9:30 to 4 with Halloween games, pumpkin decorating, a costume parade, a scavenger hunt and much more (Free with museum admission).

Billings Estate National Historic Site is hosting  a Halloween Party on Saturday, October 31 from 10 to 4 pm. Explore Ottawa’s haunted past and trick-or-treat at child-sized haunted houses ($6/person $10/pair $16/family).

The Watson Mill will be hosting a Children’s Halloween Party on October 31st.

Lansdowne Park is hosting its first Pumpkin Derby October 31st from 10 to 2pm.

Looking for a great Halloween party while supporting a great cause? Witches Jubilee is a spook-tacular Halloween event for ghosts and goblins of all sizes in support of local non-profit Voice Found! Event will be held on October 31st from 1 to 4pm at the Glebe Community Center. Come enjoy games, activities, face painting, pumpkin bowling. (Adults $15, 3-12 $5, 0-2 FREE)

No Halloween would be complete without some traditional trick or treating. Fairfields Heritage House will have a trick-or-treat station set up at the driveway on Bellfield Street on October 31 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm (FREE).
