The Ottawa Children’s Festival will present a Mini Festival of the Arts from November 19th to the 21st 2021.

The mini festival will have 4 featured shows:

Jam Side Up: Humour and imagination is what the Kif-Kif Sisters of Jam Side Up bring to stage! These identical twins make bunnies fly and fight the giant chewing gum. They perform wacky stunts to wow and inspire the imaginations of their audiences.

12: 12 is an original theatre creation that gives voice to youth regarding the climate crisis and the future they have inherited. It is a playful invitation to stop, listen, and to consider what it actually means to take action, together, now.  12 is theatre for all ages but –by necessity– performed by youth.

Crossing the Ocean: Through a combination of traditional and multimedia storytelling, Crossing the Ocean invites its audience to dive into the depths of their own hearts, exploring the flooded caverns of loss and the courage it takes to remember what is so easily forgotten.

Thumbelina: Based on Hans Christian Andersen’s Thumbelina, L’Illusion’s most recent production combines puppetry, dancing and music.

Ticket price are 10$ each for individual shows or just 35$ for a Family 4 Pack of tickets.
