Ottawa Carleton Ultimate Association is excited to be running a series of free Ultimate Frisbee Clinics to introduce youth players ages 8 to 13 to Ultimate.

There will be 4 sessions led by a group of experienced coaches and competitive club players.

These clinics are intended for beginners / intermediate players and those considering joining an OCUA Summer League.

The 4 sessions will be held on:

• Sunday, March 11th 2018 – 9am-11am @ Ben Franklin Dome, 191 Knoxdale Road in Ottawa
• Sunday, March 18th 2018 – 12pm-2pm @ Superdome Sports Center, 1660 Bearbrook Road in Ottawa
• Saturday, March 24th 2018 – 9am-11am @ Superdome Sports Center, 1660 Bearbrook Road in Ottawa
• Saturday, March 31st 2018 – 12pm-2pm @ Ben Franklin Dome, 191 Knoxdale Road in Ottawa

Participants will be active, so remember to bring a water bottle, along with a pair of cleats or running shoes.
