Tree Canada and Forêt Capitale Forest are excited to plant trees in honour of National Tree Day. Come out and celebrate from September 24th to 27th 1pm to 3pm.
Tree Canada, with the support of Forêt Capitale Forest, is excited to celebrate National Tree Day (NTD), presented by BMO. This is the biggest NTD celebration yet, with events taking place across the country during National Forest Week. Join us at Hog’s back Park to plant, mulch, and water 225 native trees.
You’ll be guided by Tree Canada experts and experienced volunteers who will be on hand to support you and answer your tree-related questions. We’ll provide gloves and shovels—all you need to bring is your enthusiasm!
