La Machine is an Ottawa 2017 event that will bring giant mythical mechanical creatures downtown Ottawa and in the Byward Market from July 27th to 30th!

The event La Machine will bring a giant mechanical spider named Kumo and a dragon-horse named Long Ma will be storming streets downtown Ottawa all weekend.

Right now they are sleeping at the Canadian Aviation and Space Museum but will wake up on Thursday evening and here is where you can see them:

Thursday July 27

• 8 pm:  Kumo awakens near the National Gallery of Canada.

Friday July 28

• 10 am: Long Ma awakens at City Hall.
• 10:30 am: Long Ma Walkabout from City Hall.
• 2 pm:  Kumo Walkabout from the National Gallery.
• 2 pm: Long Ma Walkabout from the National Gallery.
• 8 pm: Kumo Walkabout from the Shaw Centre.
• 8 pm: Long Ma Walkabout from Confederation Park.

Saturday July 29

• 11 am: Kumo Walkabout from the ByWard Market.
• 11 am: Long Ma Walkabout from the ByWard Market.
• 3 pm: Long Ma Walkabout from the ByWard Market.
• 3:10 pm: Kumo Walkabout from the ByWard Market.
• 8:30 pm: Long Ma Walkabout from Confederation Park.
• 9:30 pm: Kumo and Long Ma at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Sunday, July 30

• 2:30 pm: Kumo Walkabout from the Supreme Court of Canada.
• 3 pm: Long Ma Walkabout from the Supreme Court of Canada.

• 9 pm: Kumo and Long Ma at the Canadian War Museum.
