Rick Chiarelli’s Alcohol-Free Family New Years Eve was voted the “Best Place to be on New Years Eve”! Come out to Ben Franklin Place (Centre Pointe Drive) on December 31st from 6pm to 10pm to enjoy the free indoor and outdoor wholesome family fun and fireworks show. Activities include skating, sleigh rides and Giant Tiger train rides, a bouncy castle, a coloring room, face painting. Entertainment with music and magic. Don’t miss the Count-Down to the New Year at 10pm with Fireworks!
Come ring in the New Year at Aberdeen Pavilion at Lansdowne Park with the Scottish Society of Ottawa at their 8th annual Hogmanay Celebration on December 31st 2019 from 5pm to 1am at the Aberdeen pavilion at Lansdowne Park. Admission is FREE and fun is guaranteed for the whole family! There will be the GREAT SCOT! KidsZone from 5 to 8pm with face painting, balloon twisting, light spinners, Scottish dancers, and crafts! Other activities include live music, a countdown to New Year in Scotland at 7pm with a huge balloon drop and fireworks at midnight!
Come out to Parliament Hill to watch magical winter lightscapes show that will be presented from 5:30 pm to 11:59pm.
Take a drive through the magical Magic of Lights at Wesley Clover parks! It will be open on the 31st until 10pm.
Head down to the EY Centre for Christmas Glow! It will be open from 11am to 7pm on December 31st.
Kid’s New Year’s Eve Celebration at Pineview Community Hub on Blair Road from 4pm to 7pm. FREE admission. There will be dancing, colouring, crafts, games and a New Year’s countdown every hour!
