Bayshore Shopping Centre is offering FREE Mommy and me yoga classes every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 10 to 11 am until October 27th 2016.

These classes are ideal for children between the ages of 8 months to 3 years and will take place on the third level of the shopping centre, just outside of Hudson’s Bay.

So come reconnect with your body and bond with your baby or toddler.

Dad’s are also welcome to attend!!
